HEREBY AGREE to the following terms of stay at the Arbours Crisis Centre:

(A) |
FINANCE: |

that I will pay and be responsible for fees and expenses relating to my stay; |

the amount of the fee is £...............per week; |
|
- |
to pay two weeks on or before arrival and thereafter to continue to pay two weeks' fees in advance; |

- |
to pay for any breakages or damage for which I am responsible; |
|
- |
should any account not be settled within one month of it being presented then interest of 3% per month will be charged on the outstanding amount. |

DURATION OF STAY: |

if noticed is not given fees will be charged in lieu. |
